After much deliberation, we regret to announce the cancellation of the 2021 Tiffin Seneca Heritage Festival, which was scheduled for September 17-19, 2021.  Unexpected uncertainty around the entertainment, vendors and activities scheduled to be offered throughout the entirety of the festival weekend has arisen.  When combining this uncertainty with lack of volunteers and resources required to setup, facilitate and tear down from the event, significant doubt was cast on the ability to deliver a Heritage Festival and Living History Village experience that is of the caliber and integrity that the Tiffin and Seneca County community expects and deserves. Additionally, factors outside of the control of the Festival Committee, such as weather and attendance requirements put forward unrealistic expectations for the weekend event as a whole.

We would like to thank the City of Tiffin, Seneca County and the Business and Charitable Communities of Tiffin and Seneca County for their support in the time leading up to this cancellation decision.  We also thank all Board Member and Committee Members for their planning and actions in support of the 2021 Festival Event.

All Patron Donors, Food Vendors and Exhibitors will be contacted immediately to facilitate a refund process for any donations or entry fees submitted in support of the event in 2021.

We do have one event that deserves attention, and WILL still be taking place, which is JAM’s Heritage Vintage Market. Located at 145 Madison Street in Tiffin, Saturday hours are 10A-4P and Sunday 11A-3P. For more information, click here to be taken to the Facebook Event.

With this announcement, the focus of the Festival Board of Trustees moves to 2022.  We are excited to invite the Community to help us plan for a return to greatness in 2022.  We invite you to contact us at volunteer@tiffinfestival.com for information about this opportunity to get involved in creating a festival event for the future!

Thank You,

Tiffin Seneca Heritage Festival Board of Trustees
